AquaStruct, Inc. Shipping and Return Policies
International Ordering and Shipping
We only ship to addresses in the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. We plan to offer international ordering and shipping in the near future. We do not accept international credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam.
Estimated Delivery Dates
AquaStruct, Inc. is working to get your order to you quickly and at a reasonable cost. After you pick a shipping method for your order, we estimate the delivery date (see your online order status tracker on your AquaStruct account page and in the shipment confirmation email we send to you). The estimated delivery date is based on the estimated processing and shipping time. We cannot guarantee estimated processing or shipping times. Nor can we guarantee estimated delivery dates.
Processing times vary, depending on the size and availability of the item(s) ordered and on other security and logistics variables. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you pick and conditions that are not within the control of AquaStruct, Inc. If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will endeavor to send you a timely email update letting you know about the delay. We will send you an email when your item ships.

*Quick shipping time for most items is 2-6 business days. Delivery of some quick ship items may take longer.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Estimated delivery dates apply only to in-stock products. Pre-orders and backorders will not be shipped until they are in stock. We will send you an email, when your pre-order or backorder is ready to ship. In some cases, orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam may take three to six weeks.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated by adding a base rate and a weight charge, both of which are dependent on shipping method. Weight charges are calculated based on the total weight of each individual shipment, as packaged for shipment. The base rate and weight charge are applied to every shipment, even if multiple shipments are going to the same address.

- 50 or more pounds = $.75 per pound
Turbo Ship
Base rate = $6.99
Weight charge =
- 0-9.99 pounds = $2.09 per pound
- 10-19.99 pounds = $1.99 per pound
- 20 or more pounds = $1.89 per pound
Lightning Strike Ship
Base rate = $13.99
Weight Charge =
- 0-19.99 pounds = $2.89 per pound
- 20 or more pounds = $2.69 per pound
Base rates and weight charges are subject to change at any time.
On all pre-orders and backorders shipping charges will be determined at the time of shipment. In your shipment notice, we will inform you of the shipping charges to be applied to your credit card based on your choice of shipment options.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you will be completely satisfied with the AquaStruct™ product(s) you purchased from this website. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange such AquaStruct™ product(s) within 60 days of the shipment date of your AquaStruct™ product(s), provided that: (1) you complete our online return questionnaire; and (2) follow the return instructions sent to you by email when you complete our online return questionnaire.
Refunds are available only for new, unopened product still in its original packaging. All other returns will be handled as exchanges.
Please save your pack slip. It will serve as your receipt, should you need to return or exchange an item. Follow the instructions on the back of your pack slip, including the completion of our online return questionnaire. Include the pack slip in your shipment. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material. Mail the package to the address listed on the packing slip. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS.
Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail. We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package. For refunds on credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to our warehouse, and we'll refund your money (including shipping charges). See more information on damaged or incorrect items here.
Returns / Exchanges of Kits
We treat kits as one item, and all components of a kit must be returned/exchanged as a unit.
