What about the mess? Won’t water end up everywhere?

In the beginning, your children might need some help learning to aim AquaStruct™ so that the water stays within the confines of your bath tub or shower stall. It takes no more effort to learn sensible use of AquaStruct™ products than it takes to learn sensible use of other handheld showerheads.

In bathtubs and shower stalls without doors, the use of a shower curtain is recommended. To jazz up the shower and keep things dry in the rest of the bathroom, consider using AquaStruct™’s spraying TubeWave Shower Curtain™.  And be sure to point the spraying shower curtain the right way. You’ll know if you’ve hung it up backwards.

Will this toy waste water? Will it hurt the environment? Will it run up my water bill?

It would be tempting to say, ‘Toys don’t waste water, people do,’ and leave it at that. But AquaStruct, Inc. is committed to good stewardship of our environment, and has created its product offerings around this commitment. And we want everyone to know this.

AquaStruct™’s AlphaValve™ shower diverter meets the U.S. federal gold standard for water saving shower devices. Under this standard, water use is restricted to not more than 2.5 gallons per minute. In many homes, this means AquaStruct™ can cut your children’s water usage during shower time in half.

Another way AquaStruct™ can help your children learn wise water usage is by bringing control of the water flow to their level with AquaStruct™’s one way and two way SpiderValves™ and then encouraging them to turn the water off and move the tubes, pipes and sprayers into new and creative formations. In other words, more time in the shower, will not necessarily mean more water used, since they will be turning the water off to redesign their shower system.

My kids already spend a lot of time in the shower.  Is this toy really for us?

First, hearty congratulations! Many parents have a heck of time getting their tweens (and sometimes their teens) into the shower.  The impetus for inventing AquaStruct™ was the difficulty parents experienced in interesting their tweens in taking a shower. So you’re ahead of the curve on that one. Consider, however, the water-saving and educational characteristics of AquaStruct™. AquaStruct™ might help your shower dwellers use less water and perhaps exercise their minds while they are getting clean.

Is this toy for girls? Is it for boys?

Yes, and yes. AquaStruct™ was created with no gender bias in mind.

What about mold and mildew build up?  Will AquaStruct™ products clog up with unhealthy mold or mildew?

AquaStruct™ products have built in anti-mold and anti-mildew ingredients. If, however, there is ever any apparent build up in your system, you simply soak your AquaStruct™ products for 20 minutes in a bath tub filled with 2” or 3” of warm water and 2 capfuls of household bleach. AquaStruct™ products are not dishwasher safe.
